Question  
I can’t play a downloaded movie, why ?
Answer  

The most common reasons that downloaded movies don't work are :

  • download is incomplete or corrupted. To find out if a movie was not properly downloaded, open the movie in Pixbend Studio “Properties” tab and click the “check integrity” button. If you did not purchase Pixbend Studio, you may alternately check movie file MD5 sum: many free tools do that.
  • the required software for playback is not installed on your system, or is outdated. You can download the latest playback software from our Update Center.
